This site is run by Speech Defect crew and the money goes straight to the artists. If you want to support us and our music this is the best place to do it. .

How to pay.
We only use PayPal since it’s an easy, safe and free way to send money via Internet. You don't even have to have a PayPal account. Read more about PayPal.

Order processing.
We’re handling orders as fast as possible, but sometimes when we’re away on tours etc. it can take some extra time. Please be patient. We usually send you the PayPal invoice within 3 days after receiving your order, and ship you the goods within 3 days after receiving the money from you. Be aware that PayPal also have a bit of processing time on their side.

Shipping costs.
The shipping cost depends on where you live, here are some examples:

If you live in a European country 10 €
If you live in a country outside Europe 14 €
If you live Sweden 6 €

All prices are for orders not exeeding 2 kg (4,4 pounds). If your order exeeds this limit we will contact you and give you the right price.

Cancel your order.
If you change your mind regarding something or want to cancel the order after placing it just send us an e-mail.

Returns.
We accept returns of unused products (with the cello wrapping intact), but you have to pay for the shipping yourself. Send us an e-mail if you want to return something.

Damaged goods.
We don’t take responsibility for broken or missing goods if the damage is caused by the shipping company. If the damage is not caused by the shipping company, send us an e-mail and we will sort it out.

T-shirts etc.
Speech Defect Clothing will soon be sold on Junk in the trunk as well. Be patient.
